Topo Designs is based in Colorado, where all of their products are also made. The company is rooted in nature and the founders' experiences in the backcountry. Stuff made by Topo is rugged, colorful, and just as useful in the frontcountry as it is in the wilderness. Topo's Nylon Camp Hats have become pretty popular in my household. We wear these five panel, flat-brimmed hats on morning jogs, long backpacking trips, and around town. Lightweight and quick drying, these hats perform beautifully and hold up great (we even toss them in the washer and dryer... ). The rich colors with red webbing strap are pretty neat, too.
